What It Covers
Industrial insulation systems influence heat losses, plant safety and corrosion risks. In cases of damage or dispute, a technically substantiated assessment of the actual condition is often missing. The purpose of an expert statement is the structured review of technical facts as a basis for the client’s further internal or external evaluation.
The activity is performed as a private expert report and technical statement. It is not a publicly appointed and sworn expert service.

Limitations
The review is carried out on a technical and factual basis using available documents, site observations and measurement data. Legal assessment or liability evaluation is not part of the service. Decisions regarding measures, refurbishment or investment remain with the client.
Qualifications
More than 15 years of industrial experience in technical insulation, heat loss analysis and CUI-related topics form the basis of this activity.

Transparency
Dipl.-Ing. Stephan-F. Reichinger is employed full-time in the technical division of a manufacturer of industrial insulation materials. Expert report activity is separate from and independent of that employment.
